Singita Castleton Camp is a best-kept secret! It’s a sincerely inviting, comfortable hideaway that exudes timeless charm. Castleton comprises a stone-walled ‘farmhouse’ and six charming rooms in a garden setting, with fascinating memorabilia and artifacts that create an ambience of understated luxury. The camp is booked as an exclusive villa and can accommodate up to twelve guests at a time. Guests enjoy sublime cuisine prepared by an executive chef, vintage South African wines, fireside dinners in the boma and sundowners out in the bush, while children can have fun at the tennis court, swimming pool or trampoline. Children of all ages are welcome at Castleton Camp. There are 3 double cottages (4 twin rooms and 2 double rooms) with en suite bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and also offer the option of ceiling fans. The main farmhouse has wide verandas and an expansive lounge and dining area. Singita Castleton Camp rates include twice daily game drives in open Land Rovers with professional guides and trackers. Luxurious all-suite accommodation, three meals per day, all drinks such as specified house wines, spirits, liqueurs and soft drinks. (The only drinks excluded are premium wines and champagnes). Archery and Guided safari walks on request. Singita Castleton Camp is located in the Sabi Sand on 18,000 hectares (45,000 acres) of private land in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve on the unfenced western border of the Kruger National Park.
Federal Air offers a daily return flight direct to Singita Sabi Sand
from Johannesburg's O.R. Tambo International Airport. There are daily
scheduled flights currently operated by SA Airlink into Kruger
Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA), situated near Nelspruit/Mbombela. Federal Air provides air transfers to and from KMIA
and Singita Sabi Sand. Private air charters are available on request. |
